Astounding Outreach

Astounding Outreach is AstoundEdge’s private workspace for preparing business outreach, managing email campaigns and keeping track of replies. Access to the dashboard is restricted to authorized team members.

What the application does

The team selects a campaign’s audience and sending accounts, prepares company-specific digital reports, and queues approved messages. Mailbox limits, duplicate checks and unsubscribe records help control sending. Replies and delivery failures appear alongside the relevant prospect.

Connecting Google Workspace

Each account owner authorizes their mailbox through Google. Astounding Outreach requests permission to send email and read messages and their metadata so it can identify campaign replies, delivery failures and requests to stop contact. The Google connection does not request permission to delete messages or change mailbox settings.

Google passwords are entered only on Google’s sign-in pages. The application stores encrypted authorization tokens, not Google mailbox passwords. Account owners can disconnect in the app and revoke its access in their Google Account.
