Astounding Outreach privacy policy

This policy describes the Astounding Outreach application and its email-preference service, operated by AstoundEdge. The campaign dashboard is private. This policy and the unsubscribe pages are public.
Information we process
- Connected mailbox addresses, account authorization tokens, connection status and sending limits.
- Business contact information, company websites, campaign assignments, research reports and message drafts supplied by the team or obtained through its configured research services.
- Outgoing message content and attachments, sender and recipient addresses, message identifiers, timestamps and sending results.
- For authorized Google mailboxes, message headers, metadata and message bodies read during reply checks. Checks can include Spam and Trash. Matched campaign replies, their text and classification are recorded in the workspace; delivery failures and opt-out requests are also recorded.
- Unsubscribe addresses and preferences, reply notifications, and activity records used to operate and troubleshoot the service.
Why we use this information
We use it to connect the accounts chosen by their owners, send authorized campaign messages, maintain the outbox, detect replies and delivery failures, prevent duplicate messages, enforce sending limits and honor requests to stop contact. Automated rules help classify replies; the team can review the results.
Astounding Outreach does not use Google mailbox data to prepare advertising audiences, sell personal information, or train general-purpose AI models. Google mailbox data is used for the application's email and reply-management features.
Email-open measurement
New outreach emails may include a small remote image with a signed, opaque message identifier. When the image loads, we record the message identifier and first-load time to show estimated email opens. These records do not store the recipient’s IP address, user-agent or email address in the public collection service. Hosting providers may separately keep operational request logs. Privacy preloading and security scanners can register a load without a person reading the email; blocked images may hide an open. Tracking links expire after 180 days. PDF opens and link clicks are not measured. You can block remote images in your mail client or unsubscribe from future outreach.
Google API data
Astounding Outreach’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
The Google connection requests email sending, metadata and read-only email access. It does not request permission to delete Google messages or change Google account settings. The application verifies that the authorized mailbox matches the selected sending address.
Storage and access
Google authorization tokens are encrypted before storage. The application does not store Google mailbox passwords. Authorized AstoundEdge workspace users can view the campaign and reply records made available in the private dashboard.
The service uses Google for Gmail access and delivery, OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare hosting infrastructure for the application and records, and BigRock for connected hosted mailboxes and scheduled processing. These service providers process the data needed to operate their respective functions. Outgoing email content is transmitted to the selected recipients and their email providers. We do not sell Google user data or share it with advertising networks.
Retention, disconnection and deletion
Campaign and reply records remain in the workspace until removed through an authorized maintenance or deletion process; there is no automatic fixed deletion period. Minimum suppression records may be retained to prevent renewed contact after an unsubscribe or other stop condition.
You can disconnect a Google mailbox in the application's Google Workspace settings. This removes its locally stored authorization token and pauses the account; it does not automatically erase existing campaign records. You can also revoke the app’s permission in your Google Account connections.
To request access, correction or deletion of information associated with you or your mailbox, email astoundedge@gmail.com. We may need to verify the requester before acting and retain the minimum information necessary to honor a stop-contact request or meet applicable obligations.
Email preferences
Recipients can use the personal unsubscribe link in an AstoundEdge email or reply “unsubscribe.” The service records the preference so future outreach and queued follow-ups can be stopped. A preference request does not delete messages already delivered to an inbox.
